ENGL 1301—Final ExamDirectionsPick only one of the following prompts and write an essay answering the questions in the prompt you choose. Your essay must• Include an arguable thesis at the end of the first paragraph that answers the questions from the prompt you choose,• contain at least 5 paragraphs with at least 5 complete sentences in every paragraph you write,• include quotations from at least 3 authors of the Ideal Society essays/poems/stories (the ones by More, Machiavelli, Jefferson, Stanton, King, Rorty, Auden, Hughes, and Le Guin),• include quotations from at least 2 songs about the Ideal Society (the ones by McClintock, Garland, Dylan, Presley, Lennon, Gaye, Chapin, Run DMC, Jackson, Brooks, Brooks, and Crow), and• follow correct MLA format for all in-text and Works Cited citations.Your essay must be typed, double-spaced, have page numbers and all of the other MLA format conventions used for other papers in this course. You will only submit a final draft that must be attached to the Turnitin Link in the Week 4 Module by 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, June 30.
