Paper #3: Case Study/Presentation (35%): Submit a written (text) description of a proposal, with no more than 8 content pages and with a minimum of 8 scholarly articles/resources. You are the VP for nursing in your organization and have assessed that there are several priority needs for improvement, including an enhancement of division-based recruitment and retention strategies, and the development of a peer review process for the examination of critical incidents in nursing. In your paper describe: 1. Describe three (3) research-based recruitment/retention strategies for development. Describe how you will build in clinical nurse and managerial collaboration for this process. 2. Explore the development of a peer review process for the examination of critical incidents. Describe how you will build in clinical nurse, managerial, and inter-professional collaboration for this process. Include the needed education for participants in this process. 3. Include likely obstacles during these processes and what resources you will employ to manage the issues.
